Do you offer installation?
-Yes, but only for those local to the South Somerset area. This will be offered at checkout if you are eligible. If you believe you are local but are not offered installation at checkout, please ring 01460 240645 for assistance.

What is included in TV installation?
-We will: deliver your TV, discuss where you would like it set up, disconnect your existing TV, unbox your new one, attach the TV to the stand or legs supplied in the box, connect and tune TV, connect to wifi (please have password ready), and answer any questions you may have. (Additional cables can be provided if needed but will not be included in installation cost)

Can you mount my TV on the wall?
-Yes, but only those local to the South Somerset area, please ring 01460 240645 and we’ll be happy to discuss. ALWAYS RING FIRST IF YOU WOULD LIKE WALL MOUNTING.

When can you install my items?
-We perform installations from Monday-Fri. Please leave your phone number at checkout, and we will contact you after completing checkout to arrange a time.

How much is delivery?
-Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on location and items added to basket. You will only be charged delivery for the most expensive item in your basket to deliver.

When will my items arrive?
-Items should be shipped and delivered within 3-4 working days. Once items have been dispatched we will provide tracking information if available.
